  • We accept cancellation of an order in case the customer has mistakenly placed an order and wants to cancel it. 

 2. How Do I Cancel an Order?

  • Go to 'Contact Us' under 'Need Help?' section [Fill in the contact form] & request us to cancel your order.
  • You can also Email us at 'support@oneowlartist.com' & request us to cancel your order.
  • Please cancel the order within 4 hours after the placement of an order.
  • Note that after the 4 hours time period the cancellation would not be accepted as we will start processing your order.

 3. Refunding for Cancellation of The Order:

  • Customers will be refunded within 3-7 business days. In case any unforeseen situation it may take longer.

1. Do You Accept Returns?

  • We DO NOT accept returns. 
  • We have a 'No-return' policy, which means once customers have purchased a product they cannot request a return or get a refund.

  • We do not accept returns as we sell "Custom Designed" & "Made To Order" products. 
    • Only when you place an order, we produce a whole new fresh product for you.
  • No Returns, No Refunds-
    • As we DO NOT accept return, there will be no refund.
    • We DO NOT offer refund or exchange in general as it is our standard store policy.
    • We offer refund only when it falls under "Exceptions" to Our Return Policy.  [Read below.]

2. "Exceptions" to Our Return Policy.

  • We accept returns in certain conditions.
  • We accept returns only when it meets one of these conditions mentioned below-
    • If the product is damaged or defective.
    • If the product is misprinted or you receive the product with a completely different design.
    • If you receive a completely different item.
  • To be eligible for the return the condition of the product should be-
    • The product should be in the same condition that you have received.
    • The product should be unworn or unused.
    • The product should be with tags, and in its original packaging.
    • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Request for return within 7 days after delivery-
    • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective/completely different items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received.
  • Follow these steps to initiate a return, if the product meets our 'return policy exceptions'-
    • Step 1: Email us at 'support@oneowlartist.com' or fill in the Contact Us form under the 'Need Help?' section. [Note: You will receive a return address from us.]
    • Step 2: Choose a reason(s) for return (misprinted/damaged/defective/completely different item).
    • Step 3: Attach clear pictures of defective products & the shipment address on the product box.(Best is to attach the unboxing video if you have created any or both).
    • Step 4: Attach a clear picture of the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Step 5: Wait for our response. You will receive a 'return address' from us.
    • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Refunds-
    • We will notify you when the return is approved.
    • You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 20 business days. [We may also use other viable payment options of our mutual preference in case of an unforeseen situations]. 
    • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    • If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

3. Issue of Packages Lost in Transit or Delivery Agent Didn't Deliver the Product.

  • Please submit your claims within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Email us at 'support@oneowlartist.com' or fill in the Contact Us form under the 'Need Help?' section. 
  • Exceptions-
    • We won't be liable for non-shipment if wrong address is put during the time of purchase. 

4. Package Damage and Issues.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception.
  • If the package seems damaged from outside, take few pictures or create a video of unboxing it.
  • Contact us immediately if you find the item to be defective, damaged, so that you can request a return & get your refund.
  • Follow the steps mentioned under "Exceptions to Our Return Policy" to request a return.

    • Partner 1: Takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques (DTG/Embroidery etc.)
    • Partner 2: Takes 3 business days for all production.
    • Partner 3: Takes 2/3 -5 business days for most products for all production techniques.
    • Partner 4: Takes 3-7 business days for all products for all production techniques.
  • Estimated Shipping/Delivery Times:  Orders shipped within the USA or from other International location will typically arrive within-
    • Partner 1: Takes 3-7 business days in USA. [For International orders may take 7-30 business days.]
    • Partner 2: Takes average 4-7 business days for all destinations.
    • Partner 3: Takes 2-5 business days in USA for most of the products. Some products may take 10-30 days. [For International orders may take 10-30 business days.]
    • Partner 4: Takes 7-10 business days in USA. [For International orders may take 7-30 business days.]
  • Note For Customers:
  • Customers from USA can see the approximate delivery time under the 'Buy it now' button. [Otherwise check the description box of the product.]
  • We encourage the customers outside of USA/International customers to check the description box of the product for learning the approximate delivery time.
  • You can always check approximate production time, shipping time in the product description boxes. All are clearly mentioned there.

5. Exceptions to Our Shipping/Delivery Time in Case of Unforeseen Situations.

  • During peak holiday seasons, pandemics, or severe inclement weather, delivery within the USA should be expected within 30 business days.[Note: ‘business days’ excludes weekends and holidays].
  • We’ll provide a link in your confirmation email so you can easily check the status of your order at any time.
  • International orders (outside of the USA) may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. [Also, during peak holiday times, pandemics or when there is severe inclement weather, items may take up to 10 weeks to arrive.]

7.Why Haven't I Received My Package?

  • If your order status shows "Delivered" and you did not receive the item, please follow up with the carrier listed on your order status page.

  • The order tracking information may not be up-to-date on orders outside of the USA. [According to FedEx, "FedEx International Mail Service provides an additional level of visibility to your economical international shipping, however this is not a tracking process. As FedEx hands your package off to a local postal authority, there can be a lag time of 2—5 days where your package is not visible. Not every country scans their packages or performs a full set of scans. FedEx is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the local postal authority."]

  • We outsource our production to our production partners mainly based in USA and also few others countries. Some of them also have multiple international locations where the productions take place and directly shipped to our customers.
  • When you (a customer) place an order at One Owl Artist store, your requested product is to be produced only for you which may take around of 2-5 business days and then shipped to your address within another few days.
  • We do not keep bulk produce ready and just ship it to our customers. 
  • Only when you place an order we produce a whole new fresh product for you, as we sell "Custom Designed" & "Made To Order" products. 
  • It's more sustainable than the traditional bulk manufacturing of products by the big corporations.
  • Most importantly, our production partners focuses on using eco-friendly, sustainable inks for printing and materials, fabrics used are sustainable, eco-friendly.
  • These are the reasons that the delivery time may take slightly longer than average.
  • You get a freshly custom printed product.

2. What Happens If You 'Refuse to Take Your Order' or 'Return it to Sender'?

  • Orders that are 'Refused' or 'Returned to Sender' will be processed as a return and are not re-shipped except when there is an error from our partners. [Please read our 'Return & Refund Policy'].
  • Shipping is NOT refundable.

3. What Happens if The Product Box Appears To Be Damaged From Outside? Can I Refuse To Take The Order?

  • We advise our customers, DO NOT refuse to take the order. If the package looks damaged from outside, then make a video of unboxing it. Check if the product is okay.
  • If the product gets damaged then you can request a return to get your refund. [Read our 'Return & Refund Policy']
  • DO NOT refuse & send the order back to us without a return request first. If you do, it will be processed as 'refusal by customer' and you would NOT get any refund.
