Return & Refund Policy:

1. Do You Accept Returns?

  • We DO NOT accept returns. 
  • We have a 'No-return' policy, which means once customers have purchased a product they cannot request a return or get a refund.

  • We do not accept returns as we sell "Custom Designed" & "Made To Order" products. 
    • Only when you place an order, we produce a whole new fresh product for you.
  • No Returns, No Refunds-
    • As we DO NOT accept return, there will be no refund.
    • We DO NOT offer refund or exchange in general as it is our standard store policy.
    • We offer refund only when it falls under "Exceptions" to Our Return Policy.  [Read below.]

2. "Exceptions" to Our Return Policy.

  • We accept returns in certain conditions.
  • We accept returns only when it meets one of these conditions mentioned below-
    • If the product is damaged or defective.
    • If the product is misprinted or you receive the product with a completely different design.
    • If you receive a completely different item.
  • To be eligible for the return the condition of the product should be-
    • The product should be in the same condition that you have received.
    • The product should be unworn or unused.
    • The product should be with tags, and in its original packaging.
    • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Request for return within 7 days after delivery-
    • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective/completely different items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received.
  • Follow these steps to initiate a return, if the product meets our 'return policy exceptions'-
    • Step 1: Email us at 'support@oneowlartist.com' or fill in the Contact Us form under the 'Need Help?' section. [Note: You will receive a return address from us.]
    • Step 2: Choose a reason(s) for return (misprinted/damaged/defective/completely different item).
    • Step 3: Attach clear pictures of defective products & the shipment address on the product box.(Best is to attach the unboxing video if you have created any or both).
    • Step 4: Attach a clear picture of the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Step 5: Wait for our response. You will receive a 'return address' from us.
    • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Refunds-
    • We will notify you when the return is approved.
    • You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 20 business days. [We may also use other viable payment options of our mutual preference in case of an unforeseen situations]. 
    • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    • If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

3. Issue of Packages Lost in Transit or Delivery Agent Didn't Deliver the Product.

  • Please submit your claims within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Email us at 'support@oneowlartist.com' or fill in the Contact Us form under the 'Need Help?' section. 
  • Exceptions-
    • We won't be liable for non-shipment if wrong address is put during the time of purchase. 

4. Package Damage and Issues.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception.
  • If the package seems damaged from outside, take few pictures or create a video of unboxing it.
  • Contact us immediately if you find the item to be defective, damaged, so that you can request a return & get your refund.
  • Follow the steps mentioned under "Exceptions to Our Return Policy" to request a return.

 

 

Exchange Policy:

1. Do You Accept Exchange of Products?

  • No. We DO NOT accept exchange of products.
  • As these are 'custom designed' & 'made to order' products, we do not offer exchange of products.

  • We DO NOT offer refund in general as it is our standard store policy.
  • We offer refund to our customers only when the products fall under our "Exceptions" to Our Return Policy. [Read Return Policy.]

1. Why Does One Owl Artist Store Has 'No-return' & 'No-exchange' Policy?

  • When you (a customer) place an order at One Owl Artist store (oneowlartist) your requested product is to be produced only for you which may take around of 2-5 business days and then shipped to your address within another few days.
  • We do not keep bulk produce ready and just ship it to our customers. 
  • Only when you place an order we produce a whole new fresh product for you, as we sell "Custom Designed" & "Made To Order" products. 
  • It's more sustainable than the traditional bulk manufacturing of products by the big corporations.
